Looking again, you may well just be getting tired. There is a slide in your cadence (starting around 16 mins) where the end shows around 75rpm, which is 15rpm less than the roughly 95rpm average of your test, before the slide starts.
That is real and substantial, and is also reflected in the speed reduction at the same interval. You are clearly showing signs of fatigue and may well be getting an accurate test.
