Listening to it on my iPhone via iTunes and there is most definitely a metronome clicking along with it.
Don’t know if it’s my phone however I’ve tried a bunch of other Podcasts right now and didn’t experience that issue and I also exited the app and reopened it and I didn’t help.
Just wondering if it’s me or if it’s something inside the podcast itself on iOS?

Yes, I heard it too. I thought it was @Nate_Pearson cracking the whip or Amber trying to get out of guest presenters cupboard 
I was doing Leconte so my mind soon went to other places and I stopped hearing the tapping 
You guys should lubricate your chains (or wax them) 
Refresh you podcast app and it should be gone.
