Anyone familiar with this plan? How could I most easily replicate the Tues. and Thurs. interval workouts on TR?


I took a quick look at the plan and some of the workouts. Take a look at sweet spot base workouts for ideas. Also you can search workouts, and then visually scan for workouts with similar work/rest intervals.
