Does anyone have any information on the benefits of cod liver oil supplements? Or experience of taking it and if it had any effect? I’m. Looking at it more from a running point of view.

My own belief is that we should aim to get all our nutrition from food. I can see why if you don’t eat certain things you might need supplements to provide missing nutrients, but if you’re an onmivore then food should give you everything you need.
