This week was to be the start of my build phase. However, due to an off the bike injury I need to push it a week. Is there a way to slot in a week into your plan without manually moving each workout out a week.
If you’re referring to the traditional calendar view on PC, then yes, just select “push week” located at the right hand side of your chosen week (next to the week number and above the weekly TSS summary)
Note that you can’t push the current week, only future ones. So if you want to move this week then push next week (which will push all weeks that follow) and then move this week’s workouts manually to next week.
If you haven’t actually started the plan yet then you can also just delete the plan and start a new one with a new start date
