Hi,

I was just wondering what people’s favourite workout is when they find they have a spare day to squeeze one in or short of time and want a quicker workout.

For clarity, those posts were made by me, but the content is largely pulled from the TR AACC podcasts and the related text from the TR Workout library. I just worked to pull them into quick access posts related to the usual intended purpose. :smiley:
