Ted is a pure diesel. One of his legs probably has a greater FTP than me. 
Nice guy too… met him at a fondo a couple of years back. I was wearing one of his IAMNOTTEDKING kits and he came up to me and introduced himself and his gf (now wife).
That’s actually really cool to see that even the pros turn it down when they need to. Guess they’re not all robots after all!
