Which gear with ERG

[image] see highlighted. It looks like @Crownan was correct, but BKool doesn’t specify what “minimum speed” is. Perhaps someone else can find it. Obviously shifting down will help to a point so I guess my advice would be, use whatever gearing works with the minimum power you use because it should also work for the upper end as well.

Tacx Neo not in ERG-mode

Hello! I am using the following equipment: TACX Flux S, Power2Max Powermeter Win 10-Laptop with an Ant±Dongle and an USB extension-cable (Dongle is placed right next to the trainer). Most of the workouts I am doing with the smaller ring in front (34) and about 23-25-27-30 at the back. I have the following issue: During a SST-Training the software seems to have a problem, when the wattage is dropping from, for example, 190 watt (sst-intervall) to a cool-down-part with about 85 watt. ERG mode fluctuations

Elite Direto user here. I feel that the power readings from my intervals fluctuate very much, check out the image below: [image] Is this similar to other users on here? I try to focus on keeping a steady cadence and always run the bike in the small chainring and middle of the cassette. Feel free to post screenshots of your readings and also what smart trainer you are running
