I’m about to embark on my annual base build specialized cycle of TR Half Distance Mid Vol plans.
I recently started Zwift racing and absolutely love it. I end up going really hard every time (It’s a race!).
Does anyone have advice on how to safely/effectively incorporate this style of riding into my plan?
One potential issue i also envision is tracking my TSS score as I pace my TR sessions off aero FTP and my road races are obviously subject to my upright FTP.
