Maintaining fitness after injury

Almost two weeks ago I was in an accident on my commute to work. I suffered injuries to may face including broken jaw and lost teeth. Ouch…

Any how, before the accident I was about to begin Sustained Power Build Low Volume. I will now have to defer this for 6 - 8 weeks as I recover from my injuries.

In the mean time, are there any works out i could do to maintain some level of fitness i have accumulated?

Oh no!!! I’m so sorry that happened to you!

If you can manage to do them without pain, we’d recommend doing workouts from the Traditional Base plan, anything at higher intensities might be too much to handle.
