I like to eat Nature’s Bakery fig bars on the bike and was wondering if there is a way to know how much fructose and glucose they contain?
I don’t know how much but man… I’m addicted to those things.

I love em too… But just having that wheat flour the digestive property would be pretty slow I think.
Most of the jam I guess would be fructose but that’s so little compare to the whole package.
