Plan Migration Improvement Based on Feedback

Based on support ticket feedback and feedback in this forum we recognize that our prompt to have users who are currently on a plan migrate to re-add their plan wasn’t very good.

The problems were:

  • It wasn’t apparent enough in the onboarding
  • You only saw it once
  • It was hard to tell what the correct start date should be

We’ve not pushed an update to the website where if you were on a previous plan and you haven’t added a new plan you now get a banner that prompts you to add the plan.

We auto fill in the start date of your plan to match your previous plan.

The prompt looks like this:

We’re working on some more prompts in the app to bring you to this point if you were previously on a plan. This should make the transition easier.
