Re-sync an outdoor ride from Strava

I had a ride that had incorrect speed and distance data due to my speed sensor dropping out. I fixed it in strava by letting strava use the gps data instead but the ride had already synced to trainer road. If I wanted to re-sync that ride to get the correct data in trainer road, how would I do that?
I thought about deleting the ride but wasn’t sure if it would delete it in strava too.

Thanks for the quick reply Chad. In the post it says to export a TCX file but I can’t actually see how you do it. I found export GPX file but not sure if that will give me the same result.
