Rearranging plan question?

This coming weekend I’ll have a two day cyclocross race (Saturday and Sunday races) and this is the last cros event for me this year. I’m going into week 5 of ssb2 this week and I was wondering what would be the best way to rearrange the workouts for this week with the races on the weekend? Would a other option be to push week 5 back and just do some maintenance work this week, then get back to the plan after the cross races?

Hey there!

If your cross race is a priority, I would recommend doing CX Specialty Week 8 this week. Week 8 is a Taper Week and is perfectly suited for race preparation.

Then, jump back into Week 5 of SSB II next week :slight_smile:
