I’d like to find research about the long ride. What duration gives what effect? How does the duration and the intensity affect the effect? What effect does the energy intake have?
I’m not exactly sure what your question is here. Are you talking about anaerobic vs aerobic conditioning? Or long slow distance vs high intensity training?

Interested to find research where they compare for example different lengths of the long slow distance ride(Seiler zon 1/Coggan zon1-2). Is there a “golden” duration or the more the better?
Maybe a study were the participants did no long ride/ 2 hour/4 hour /6 hour or something like that?
I think it’s been shown that the desired adaptations happen after 3+ hours.
