Zwift / RoadGrandTours / Tacx desktop app user returning to TR for the structured planning nature of the software.
Overt the past 6/8 weeks I’ve been averaging approx 450+ TSS weekly - body has been feeling ok on this and improving.
When I add SSB (HV 1) to my calendar it is showing a TSS around 370 per week.
Should I keep as-is, or look to add more stress through plus versions of rides, an additional low intensity ride? Other thoughts ?
