Hello I have a question I have a Kurt kinetic Smart Control trainer connected Bluetooth… ERG it reports Cadence mile per hour & Watts.
but my power meter also reports Cadence and Power my question is which one does the program read for Cadence?
the actual off the power meter or off the trainer which is kind of a guesstimate thanks

Our device hierarchy takes cadence readings from the most “accurate” or “dedicated” device. In this case, since your trainer estimates cadence but your power meter actually measures cadence at the crank, we take the cadence readings from the power meter. The only device that we would prioritize over the power meter would be a dedicated cadence sensor.
