So sorry to hear this is happening to you!
I know you tried to reinstall already, but could I have you delete your app data?
Here’s how to delete your TrainerRoad AppData.
Open the Windows explorer, and insert %localappdata% into the search bar
Scroll down until you find a folder name TrainerRoadData
Right click that folder and select “delete”
Empty the Recycle Bin
