Software Crashes (Windows)

Hi

I have some to open TR this evening on a windows system, the front screen opens and then proceeds to close straight away. This has happened multiple times including after restarts.

Has any got any suggestions? I also tried to reinstall it.

Hey Alex,

So sorry to hear this is happening to you!
I know you tried to reinstall already, but could I have you delete your app data?

Here’s how to delete your TrainerRoad AppData.

  1. Open the Windows explorer, and insert %localappdata% into the search bar

  2. Scroll down until you find a folder name TrainerRoadData

  3. Right click that folder and select “delete”

  4. Empty the Recycle Bin

Now, download the app installer again from Download the Latest Version of TrainerRoad for Your Device - TrainerRoad and reinstall. If this still doesn’t resolve your problem, please reach out to us at support@trainerroad.com so our team can get you sorted out!
