Hi all, just wondering if anyone has had experience with a stress fracture of the inferior pubic ramus and whether you were still able to ride?
I got the injury through starting back running after 5years of just cycling.

I would ask my doctor, especially with that location, but I believe that with most stress fractures, it is okay as long as it truly doesn’t hurt.

Thanks for that and I’m booked to see a sports doc. More just looking for any experience others had with the injury. Doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of info out there on it.
