TR Workout Warm Up Period-Why So Short?

I do a few minutes of active stretching before every session. Most days I don’t add extra time but will add 5 min if my legs feel tight or sluggish. When I started using TR two years ago the warmups felt too short but not so much anymore. I adapted. (Btw I’m 58)

When you extend the warmup/cooldown, how much longer does it extend the workout?

When you get to the cool down, there is a button that appears that says “Extend Cooldown” and you can choose 1 min, 5 min, or 10 min (I think). I like this feature!

I haven’t seen how to extend the warm-up. Can someone else respond to that?

There should be that option in the first minutes. But it is not there after you start doing more intense parts of warmup.

I would check again. I’m pretty sure the extend warm-up feature is there. At least in iOS.

The PC version had the cooldown extension option when I started, which is early Jan.

Yeah…they rolled it out soon after I made that post in November.
