Trainerroad low weekly TSS compared to Friel/TrainingPeaks

Weekly TSS for base/build is around 400-600 TSS using TrainerRoad.
That’s low compared to that presented by Friel/TrainingPeaks:

Is this a case of not all TSS created equal?

Low for what? What volume are you talking about?

400 - 600 is quite high in my view. Certainly at the top end it is.

For comparison, I’m a Master averaging 10 to 11 hours per week. Friel shows a top end of 480 TSS per week. I’ve averaged 680 weekly TSS the last 6 weeks on the SSB HV plan.

@trailJoel in short it’s because none of the TP TSS is indoor trainer time.
