So a local race series just hinted that they will be running a few races in the format like SuperLeague Triathlon (is. swim-Bike-Run, back to back super sprint races with the order different on each one… maybe even draft legal??)
Anyway… I’m wondering how to train for that… obviously mix the bricks up some… but do I do the sprint training plan? Or the Olympic? What other things should I consider?
This is totally new teritory but should be fun!
