Good buy 2019
Im a home brewer and an assistant brewer at a small brewery in my home town. I prefer saisons and French/Belgium beers but lately I have been stuck on stupid with Siarra Nevada’s Pale Ale… For years i have been oh there to commercial for me but then I visited there brewery in NC and sampled there beers and i tried one… OMG its really good and to style!
All these years SMH… normally I don’t go for the big names I dig for the small brewery that have some strange for some change yeah call me a hipster but that’s my cup ya know!.. but i cannot deny the SN pale ale!
Thats how I roll! Ramp test rolled into Pettit! then a beer cause why not!
Good stuff, we go up to Chico and visit the mothership. Right now I’m stuck on stupid with Weihenstephan Hefe Weissbier.
All of them…
Left Hand Chai Milk Stout. Nomnom.
St Andrews Winter IPA and caramelized brussels sprouts at Press Cafe next to Mellow Johnny’s Clearfork.
That’s a nice little brewery to stop in. I took a ride up there last summer and had a beer/taco stop. They had a porter then that was very good…and I’m pretty ‘meh’ about most local small scale breweries.
Gnarl from North Peak.
Some of my favorite beers and T-Shirts and Hats.
Don’t think this meets @chad ABV preferred level, but it was damn tasty!!!
Baxter, of course.
